Ernest is holding NCEES licensed Engineer-In-Training (State Board: California) and Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA) qualification.
He obtained the Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science and Material Science and Engineering, Bachelor of Science, May 2010 at University of California, Berkeley.
After finishing the double major, he started to work in the medical engineering industry in order to experience the cutting edge engineering technology. He is working at Polymerex Medical Corp as a design engineer.
It is a Class 3 (Highest level) medical device developer and medical contractor for U.S., China and Taiwan for 17 years. He is able to apply the knowlage from Berkeley to this position. By working at the R&D department, he can conceptualized and conducted Design of Experiment (DOE) for autonomous PTA/PTCA medical balloon blower devices. Managed projects progress by coordinating technicians and setup 3D drawing communication with venders in overseas. He can also apply Kanban system in order to improve the productivity for the company and determine the optimal designed parameters for the factory automation system.
On the other hand, he is also very interested in software engineering and being a part time web designer since college. He worked at Anda Web Technology by developing Java, Xtml and e-commerce data base type web sites.
